1. When will my mangoes ship?
Each variety ships during its harvest window in the 2027 season, which runs roughly May through September. Product pages show the expected window, and we'll email you before your box ships.
2. Why are your mangoes sold as pre-orders?
We only pick fruit from our own trees, and supply is limited. Pre-orders let us plan the harvest and make sure every box gets to a customer who has reserved it.
3. What if the harvest for my variety falls short?
Orders are filled first come, first served. If we can't fill yours, your order rolls to the next season or is refunded.
4. Is shipping really free?
Yes. Priority shipping (2-3 days) is free to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
5. How do I ripen my mangoes?
Leave them at room temperature until they're slightly soft and fragrant. Ripe mangoes keep a few extra days in the refrigerator. Color isn't a reliable sign of ripeness for many varieties.
6. What's the difference between Regular and Rare varieties?
Rare varieties are harder to find and grown in smaller quantities, so they're priced a bit higher. Both tiers are grown on the same trees with the same care.
